Move, breathe and be a part of our community. No matter what your level of practice is, we have classes to fit your practice level and lifestyle. Our yoga rooms, Prana and Zen, are painted with beautiful calming murals and lit dimly with no mirrors to provide you with a safe and comfortable space for your practice.


Align classes focus on proper placement and engagement of the joints, ligaments and muscles and focus on movement with breath. These are based on classical Hatha yoga. Poses are held at length and are usually practiced with upbeat music during practice and close with calm, ambient music at the close of practice.  Suitable for all levels.

Calm classes focus on settling the mind and restoring the body. These are based on the principles of Hatha & Iyengar yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time and include the use of many props. These classes may include the use of essential oils, electronic candles and soothing ambient music.  Suitable for all levels.

Strength classes focus on fluid transitions between yoga poses and keeping the form of the pose as you move through the sequence, creating constant movement. Building core strength is the key focus, which can be challenging for the beginning yoga practitioner.   Suitable for regular yoga practitioners.

Hatha Flow

ALIGN

Classical Hatha Yoga is the practice of combining the focus of breath and movement of asana. This yoga practice and is a potent alignment-oriented practice emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures.

Classical Hatha Yoga offers a slower moving class with a focus on strength building. Asanas are held in accurate alignment and emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance.

Although this is a challenging class, all levels are welcome - except for the absolute beginner.


Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow offers the practitioner a challenging and dynamic flow, designed to focus on building strength, serenity, flexibility and balance, while emphasizing the linking of movement with breath.

Vinyasa Flow is a vigorous and cleansing practice, encouraging correct alignment on the mat. It is nurturing and supportive as the instructor encourages students to discover an awareness of their inner self, while experiencing the healing that Yoga provides for the mind, body, and spirit.

This class uses music - come prepared to sweat!

This class is not ideal for absolute beginners.


Flow & Restore

Ease in to opening your body with a slow, flowing practice, connecting breath to movement. Toward the end of class you'll transition to more restorative postures to unwind and relax. This class will build strength, balance and flexibility, while honoring all aspects of your body, mind and spirit.

All levels are welcome, though not for absolute beginners.


Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga focuses on passive asana with integrated breathwork and meditation to create a deeply healing and nurturing practice. Postures are typically held from 2-10 minutes to calm the nervous system, lengthen and soften connective tissue and facilitate fascial release. It’s the perfect balance and counterpart to our more vigorous classes!

This is an all levels class.


Sunrise Flow

Ease into your day with gentle, flowing movement, heart-opening and breath work. This 60-minute class will help you set your intention for your day and get you off on the right foot to take care of yourself and anything on your plate.

This is an all levels class.


Gentle Flow

Gentle flow is ideal for practitioners who are looking to slow their practice, and who desire a more active class than our Restorative or Yin Yoga classes.

Gentle flow is a breath-centered practice incorporating many elements of both Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. This class is great for gently opening up the body, while  focusing on strength and flexibility. This class is ideal for beginners who haven't taken our Beginning Yoga Class and for practitioners who already have an active practice looking for a gentler class.

This is an all levels class.


Vinyasa Core Flow

If you are looking to ground, spread your wings and take flight, this class can offer you that. Vinyasa Core Flow is one of our more challenging yoga classes where practitioners engage in an organically moving slow-flow & breath-centered practice, with a focus on engaging the core correctly with each sequence.

Vinyasa Core Flow is a playful, fun and physical class, where you are encouraged to find your edge and be comfortable in that state.Vinyasa Core Flow is the class for practitioners those who want to work their whole body; building strength, balance and flexibility.

This class is not suitable for absolute beginners.


Yoga En Espanol

This class is taught entirely in Spanish. No prior yoga knowledge necessary, ad is appropriate for absolute beginners and for members of your community whose primary language is Spanish.

This class is for all levels.

Esta clase es 100 %  en español. No es necesario tener conocimientos de yoga por lo cual es apropiada para principiantes y para integrantes de la comunidad en donde el español sea su primera lengua.
