  • Reduce the probability of strokes and heart disease

  • Transmits “anti-stress” elements to your body

Who should get Vitamin B12 Injections:

If you are feeling tiredness, fatigue, weakness, lightheadedness, constipation, loss of appetite, numbness or tingling hands and feet, heart palpitations, balance issues, poor dental health, forgetfulness, confusion and sad/grouch moods, these are all possible symptoms that you may have a B12 deficiency.

B12 can be consumed in the form of animal foods and nori, so Vegetarians and Vegans have a harder time meeting the Daily Value of B12 balance in the body. Some meat eaters may also not absorb B12 very well, and deficiency is particularly common in elderly people because the ability to absorb B12 can decrease with age.

Pregnant women should also pay attention to whether or not there is enough Vitamin B12 to keep the baby developmentally healthy. We also recommend Vitamin B12 supplements for hose who have had intestinal surgeries.

Vitamin B12 shots are very effective because deficiency is so widespread. In fact, many people get regular injections to help with energy levels, brain function, and weight loss.

How Vitamin B12 Shots Work

Vitamin B12 is such a major part of our body’s health. It is an essential nutrient to making DNA for new cell growth. It helps produce red blood cells that support our brain function and prevents neurological problems. Our heart, brain, digestive and nervous system all depend on Vitamin B12. It takes a large part in producing energy in our body to support our metabolism.

Vitamin B12 is also water soluble, so they do get flushed out of our bodies and need to be replenished daily.

B12 shots are given by injection into your skin, and dosage will be based on an assessment of your symptoms, lifestyle, and response to treatment.
