Join Deacon Carpenter as he leads a yoga class at Bricoleur Vineyards in Windsor, CA, followed by a glass of wine and book signing to celebrate the launch of his book, “A little bit of Ayurveda”.

Also attending the event and promoting his book will be Roy Parvin (AKA Yoga Matt). His book, “Yoga for the Inflexible Male” will launch mid November, and is available for pre-order now!

Admission to the event is $20, and includes the yoga class, a glass of wine, and a signed copy of Deacon’s book!

Who should get Vitamin B12 Injections:

If you are feeling tiredness, fatigue, weakness, lightheadedness, constipation, loss of appetite, numbness or tingling hands and feet, heart palpitations, balance issues, poor dental health, forgetfulness, confusion and sad/grouch moods, these are all possible symptoms that you may have a B12 deficiency.

B12 can be consumed in the form of animal foods and nori, so Vegetarians and Vegans have a harder time meeting the Daily Value of B12 balance in the body. Some meat eaters may also not absorb B12 very well, and deficiency is particularly common in elderly people because the ability to absorb B12 can decrease with age.

Pregnant women should also pay attention to whether or not there is enough Vitamin B12 to keep the baby developmentally healthy. We also recommend Vitamin B12 supplements for hose who have had intestinal surgeries.

How Vitamin B12 Shots Work
