Jared is a licensed massage therapist with intensive training in Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapy. His practice incorporates myofascial release which is the pulling of connective tissue in order to stretch the muscular tissue back to its desired length. Jared provides intuitive skills in solving musculature disfunction and its referred pain.

Neuromuscular Therapy is an advanced deep tissue treatment that may be painful at times, so it’s recommended that new clients start with a 60 minute session.

About Jared hoffman

As a teenager, Jared suffered from low-back pain that came with his active lifestyle in cross country, track, and wrestling. The unbearable pain that came from running stopped him from continuing high school sports by the time he was a junior. Being sent to chiropractors and doctors over and over again, Jared never found any relief from his chronic pain.

In 2000, Jared found The Desert Institute of Healing Arts in Tucson, AZ. During the first day of school Jared knew he had found the therapy that would work best for his chronic ailments. Since completing the 1,300 hours of initial training, Jared has traveled about working in different active lifestyle communities.

Jared spent four years in Vail, CO helping people with skiing and snowboarding soft tissue issues. Mountain biking was Jared’s true love in life, so in 2006 he headed west to Santa Rosa, CA to escape the long winters of Colorado. He spent a couple of years traveling to St. Helena working at Meadowood spa, but quickly found many people in Santa Rosa that were excited about soft tissue manipulation that could help with chronic problems. Jared looks forward to helping you solve your muscular disfunction issues.
