Ryan offers professional Bodywork services at Well Sonoma. He is trained in CranioSacral Therapy, Swedish, Sports Massage, Pre and Post Ceremonial/Retreat integration, Pre-natal and more. Ryan provides personalized sessions tailored to your needs.
At the end of your session, you will be encouraged to rest for a few moments, before preparing to face the world anew.
CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy (CTS) is a gentle structural alignment of the tissues that surround the brain & spinal cord to assist imbalances and traumas throughout the body. As CST works with the nervous system, it can influence bones, muscles, organs, emotions, and cognitive function, among other challenges.
The treatment uses gentle, non-invasive, hands-on techniques that encourage the release of the soft tissues around the brain and spinal cord, and throughout the fascia (connective tissue) of the body.
Sessions
60 minute CranioSacral Therapy - $140
60 minute Mixed Therapy- $140
90 minute Mixed Therapy - $185
On-site Sessions
To better serve you, Ryan offers massages at your home, vacation rental, hotel, or office space.
If you are interested in booking a service within Sonoma County, Ryan charges a $60 destination fee.
Please contact me for pricing outside of Sonoma County.
About Ryan Voigt
Ryan's training as a Licensed Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator was completed through a 900-hour program at the National Holistic Institute. He trained in a variety of modalities, specializing in Swedish, sports massage, and prenatal massage. Ryan has also trained and continues training in Cranial-Sacral therapy. He also specializes in pre- and/or post-ceremonial/retreat integration via bodywork. He is able to create a personalized session using a variety of modalities to suit your individual needs and address many challenges you face.
Ryan has been interested in the healing arts for most if his life. As a child, receiving bodywork was my primary pathway to healing. He feels it’s so rewarding to share the wonderful process of bodywork with his fellow humans. He loves to help guide you on your path to optimum wellness.
