Dr. Kimberly Karuna is NOT your average doctor. As a licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor, energy medicine practitioner, and transformational coach, she offers a uniquely comprehensive and intuitive approach to helping others resolve their chronic health complaints at the level of mind, body, and soul.
Dr. Kimberly understands that living a vibrant and healthy life requires more than minimizing and managing symptoms. Symptoms are best thought of as allies that help us redirect our attention to what is out of balance within our body, mind, and soul. Restoring vital health requires optimizing nutrition, restoring hormone balance, healing digestive dysfunction, and supporting the body’s ability to remove toxins, as well as realigning ourselves with our true nature, addressing our unmet needs, acknowledging our deepest desires, and honoring our spiritual calling.
Dr Kimberly believes that underneath every physical ailment is a calling for a deeper level of healing. She is grateful for the opportunity to use her skills and training to help facilitate this deeper level of healing for those who seek it. She is continuously humbled by the truth that has continued to be revealed in her work with patients: when healing occurs at the deepest level, improvements in physical health are a natural consequence. When we learn to bring love and compassion to that which is out of balance in our bodies, our hearts and in our lives, we experience profound healing from the inside out.
Dr Kimberly maintains a general family practice with a special focus on the treatment of anxiety/depression, chronic fatigue, hormone imbalances, and weight loss. When not practicing medicine, you will likely find her sharing story, song, dance, laughter, and healthy meals with her two children and loved ones, savoring everything that a well-lived, abundant, and vibrant life can offer.

Naturopathic medicine is a distinct primary health care profession, emphasizing prevention, treatment, and optimal health through the use of therapeutic methods and substances that encourage individuals’ inherent self-healing process. Naturopathic medicine focuses on whole patient wellness through health promotion and disease prevention, while addressing the underlying cause of the patient’s condition. Naturopathic doctors (NDs) are trained as primary care providers who diagnose, treat and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions, while addressing disease and dysfunction at the level of body, mind and spirit.

Holistic Pelvic Care™
Holistic Pelvic Care™ is an embodied and experiential approach to pelvic healing developed by my teacher Tami Kent, MSPT. It serves as both a form of pelvic floor rehabilitation and an emotional balancing therapy that can help resolve complaints like pelvic pain, low libido, urinary incontinence, as well as birth and/or sexual trauma. During a session we map the areas of tension and restore the energetic qualities within the muscles of your pelvic floor, and then use tactile pressure to release the tension patterns so that you can feel more at ease in your physical body while simultaneously helping you return to your center.
Reconnective Healing
A “hands off” unique form of energy medicine that opens the door to accessing your true potential and personal evolution and renews the body, mind, and spirit. A session lasts 30 minutes.

Kimberly Karuna, ND
Dr Kimberly Karuna received her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM, formerly known as NCNM). Her training encompasses a full medical school curriculum with additional courses and emphasis on natural and alternative ways of healing the body through nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy, and much more. Her additional training includes a 2 month clinical rotation in India, a 2 year certificate in classical homeopathy, and a 6 month internship in biotherapeutic drainage.
