Naya Barretto is a family nurse practitioner specializing in health promotion services, weight loss coaching, diabetes management and aesthetic treatments. She uses both conventional and alternative therapies to help you look and feel your best.

Naya has been working in aesthetics since 2017 and holds as her guiding principles to provide safe and effective treatments to enhance your natural beauty. In addition to her clinical training, she draws from her background in visual arts to help you gain a refreshed appearance.
Weight Loss and Wellness Coaching
Lifestyle changes have a strong potential to manage, prevent and reverse disease. There is mounting evidence on the benefits of fasting and a balanced nutrition to decrease inflammation, support your health and activate your body’s self-healing capabilities. Providing guidance and the element of accountability, coaching can help you implement tools to make profound changes in your health.

Naya is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and has an elementary knowledge of Chinese. During her free time she enjoys foraging for edible mushrooms, horse riding, making art and dancing tango.
